Major Requirements
The History major chooses a concentration in either American History or Modern European History . History majors complete a minimum of 120 credits to earn a bachelor’s degree: 49-51 credits of core courses, 34-37 elective credits, and 37 credits of major courses. A minimum of 11 History courses (eight at the 200-level of above) and one Cultural and Historic Preservation course are required for the major.
