ENG330: Literary Landscape of Newport3 Credit(s) Fulfills Core Requirement in Literature Your own backyard in Newport has long been home to a range of distinguished authors and served as a setting for their literary works. Featured in this study are Harriet Beecher Stowe, Henry James, Edith Wharton, and Thornton Wilder, with discussions considering their writings, as well as their interaction with the people and places of Newport.
