Some of the topics include molecular spectroscopy (infrared, ultraviolet-visible, Luminescence, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance), Atomic Spectroscopy (atomic absorption/emissions/florescence, atomic mass spectroscopy, atomic X-ray spectroscopy) and Separation science (liquid and gas chromatography)
